  2.          Syntax: MENU-MAN identifier batch-file-name [option a] [option b] ...  
  3.      identifier: A unique character to identify the location in the batch-file- 
  4.                  name batch file from where this call was made.                 
  5. batch-file-name: batch file name or the batch file variable %0.                 
  6.         options: T##### Number of seconds for the user to respond.              
  7.                  W##### Number of milliseconds between window build stages.     
  8.                  B#####,##### Sound pitch in Hz and length in milliseconds made 
  9.                               when the window is displayed.                     
  10.                  CN### Color code for the Non-highlighted menu text.            
  11.                  CH### Color code for the Highlighted menu text.                
  12.                  CB### Color code for the menu Border.                          
  13.                  CT### Color code for the menu Title.                           
  14.                  CS### Color code for the menu Shadow border.                   
  15.                  L## Line to place highlight on at start.                       
  16.                  M##### Number of sec. to display the menu as a message.        
  17.                  P{V},{H} Menu position where the vertical codes are (T-top,    
  18.                           C-center, B-bottom) and the horizontal codes are      
  19.                           (L-left, C-center, R-right)                           
  20.                  EB  Erase the screen Before MENU-MAN is displayed.
